History

Heimes Arnold Lipari Solutions LLC (HAL Solutions, LLC) was founded in September 2003 as a corporate communications outsourcing company. As the firm developed, its focus became finding solutions to technical challenges encountered by small to mid-sized businesses, and matching qualified talent with the personnel needs of progressive companies. Because of this shift in strategy and the departure of one of the original partners, the firm reorganized and changed its name in October 2004.

On August 1, 2007, Preferred Partners LLC further focused on recruiting, by selling its Web division to LDMI Inc. (Lortz Direct Marketing), a long-time business associate of ours, located just one mile from our office.

Our team of recruiters has expanded, as has our scope of work, to include medical and engineering.

We continue to serve our clients with personal attention, and welcome inquiries from prospective strategic partners.
