NW Iowa - Be part of an 80 member provider physician network who are affiliated with a 250 bed hospital system providing services to more than a 30 county area in Nebraska and Iowa. A very competitive base guaranteed salary with productivity pay that should target the selected physician with a 1st year total income of $190K-$200K. This is a busy practice and we are confident that you could build a productive practice in a very short time.

Also included is short-term and long-term disability coverage and professional liability insurance. The malpractice insurance plan includes tail coverage. A professional development allowance of $4,500 per year is provided for CMEs and 6 weeks of vacation to start and increases every year of your employment to a maximum of 12 weeks paid vacation after 7 years. In addition, we offer up to $10,000 for reimbursement of your moving and relocation expenses.

Eastern Iowa - Join an out-patient clinic that supports the medical needs of a 2000 population community with close proximity to a major metro area. The clinic is staffed by a mid-level professional assisting the physician who is planning on retirement by the end of 2008.

We offer an outstanding opportunity offering a high quality of life for the physician with exceptional earnings potential. Work either a 4-day or 5-day work week from 8a-5p Monday thru Friday with absolutely no call or weekend requirements. Depending on your schedule you will be paid a guarantee salary of $170K to $190K plus a bonus based on the revenue generated. Total 1st year earnings based on current activity will pay $190K to $230K depending if you decide to work a 4-day or 5-day schedule.
